Dominic Fike 'HOW TO QUIT SMOKING' Tracklist: All 15 Songs and Every Feature
HOW TO QUIT SMOKING tracklist: the quick answer
Dominic Fike's new album, HOW TO QUIT SMOKING, runs 15 songs and lands Friday, October 30, on Columbia Records. Seven of those songs carry guests, eight names in all: Gabriel Jacoby, Emma Ogier, Grace Ives, Hether, Love Spells, Jorjiana, Danny Brown and Tay-K. The list below comes straight from Spotify's pre-release page.
Columbia's artist page puts it simply: "Dominic's upcoming album How To Quit Smoking arrives this Friday October 30." The ℗ line on Apple Music reads "℗ 2026 Columbia Records, a Division of Sony Music Entertainment, under exclusive license."
HOW TO QUIT SMOKING tracklist: all 15 songs

- PANGEA
- CASTING CALL
- DOOMSDAY
- HONEYLOVE (with Grace Ives)

Every feature on HOW TO QUIT SMOKING, track by track
The Needle Drop reported the guest list on Wednesday: "Featured artists on the album will include Danny Brown, Emma Ogier, Gabriel Jacoby, Grace Ives, Hether, Jorjiana, Love Spells and Tay-K." Here's where each name lands.
- Gabriel Jacoby and Emma Ogier: "SMALL TOWN," track 2. It's already out.
- Grace Ives: "HONEYLOVE," track 6.
- Hether: "RENO," track 9.
- Emma Ogier and Love Spells: "CABBY," track 11. Ogier is the only guest who shows up twice.
- Jorjiana: "CITY OF STEEL," track 12.
- Danny Brown: "NOT THE SPIRIT," track 13.
- Tay-K: "SPOTLIGHT / INNER CHILD," the closer.
One small credits wrinkle. Spotify bills "CABBY" as Emma Ogier, then Love Spells. Apple Music flips it and lists Love Spells first. I've gone with Spotify's order here, since that's the page this list comes from. Neither service puts a "feat." tag in the song titles. The guests show up as credited artists, so that's how they're listed above.
When does HOW TO QUIT SMOKING come out?
Friday, October 30. Spotify's page reads "Releases on Oct 30, 2026," and Apple Music lists the same date.
That's later than first announced. When Stereogum covered the announcement on August 28, it wrote that the album was "out 10/9 on Columbia." The label and both streaming services now say October 30.
Fike lands on a crowded Friday. Queens of the Stone Age's Perfecth drops the same day. So do BigXthaPlug's BETTER OVER TIME and evilgiane and Slimesito's EVILSLIME 2.
Three songs are already out
Apple Music has three of the 15 tracks live right now.
- "WALLFLOWER" (August 19). Under the official video, Fike calls it "my third album" and says it was "written, performed, & produced in real time on the road."
- "SMALL TOWN" (September 18), with Gabriel Jacoby and Emma Ogier.
- "PANGEA" (October 19), which also has a video on his YouTube channel.
The "SMALL TOWN" video is where the credits get fun. Its YouTube description reads "dir. reed bennett, kevin abstract," with "produced by juno" and "producer eric hersey." Those are film credits, not music credits, but it's a real crew list on the page. The same description says the video was "shot in detroit, michigan & seattle, washington."

There's also a name to watch at track 7. A single called "White Keys" came out last November, per Apple Music. It turned up again on February's "Babydoll / White Keys" single. Whether the album's "WHITE KEYS" is that same recording, Friday's credits will tell us.
Who produced HOW TO QUIT SMOKING?
Spotify, Apple Music and Columbia haven't posted producer credits for the album yet. Fan sites have started filling in names, but I'm not printing any of them until a streaming service or the label does.
What we do have is Fike's own line about the record being "produced in real time on the road." That tells you how it was made. It doesn't tell you who sat at the board, and that's the part I care about. When the full credits show up Friday, they go in this post, track by track.
My read
This is a credits page with a lot of blanks still waiting. Eight guests across seven songs is a busy sheet for a 41-minute album. Grace Ives and Danny Brown share the list with Jorjiana and Hether, and Emma Ogier gets two looks. I want to know who's producing around all of them. The guest list is set. The board credits are the story I'm waiting on.
Dani Reyes, Behind the Boards. Credits check: pending on all 15 tracks, back Friday.
