BigXthaPlug Puts Ro$ama on BETTER OVER TIME, Out October 30

BigXthaPlug put Ro$ama on his next album, and on the Dallas billboard that announced it.

The Source and AllHipHop both report that BigXthaPlug has named the featured artists on his fourth studio album, BETTER OVER TIME, due October 30. The Dallas stop on the teaser run put Ro$ama on a Dallas billboard. That's the same East Texas pen we covered on My Forte, now on a BigX album that The Source still ties to his Dallas roots. The Drowned World Records LP listing credits Ro$ama on "Cracced Da Fucc."

The features

Per The Source, BigX confirmed the lineup on Instagram after the billboard rollout. BroadwayWorld adds that the Instagram post showed the billboards across TV screens. The named features are Lil Yachty, GloRilla, Ava Max, Leon Thomas, Loe Shimmy, Ro$ama, Belly Gang Kushington, Fridayy and Babyface Ray.

AllHipHop maps those faces to seven cities: Atlanta (Lil Yachty), Memphis (GloRilla), Los Angeles (Ava Max and Leon Thomas), Miami (Loe Shimmy), Dallas (Ro$ama), Philadelphia (Fridayy) and Detroit (Babyface Ray). BroadwayWorld matches that list and places Belly Gang Kushington under Atlanta as well.

The single and the date

The lead single is "LITE" featuring Belly Gang Kushington, whom The Source IDs as Atlanta. Both The Source and BroadwayWorld say the video was directed by BigXthaPlug with longtime collaborator Jerry Morka. Apple Music lists BETTER OVER TIME as a pre-release dated October 30, 2026, under BigXthaPlug via UnitedMasters, and shows "LITE (feat. Belly Gang Kushington)" on the album page. The Needle Drop puts the release through 600 Entertainment / UnitedMasters. That matches the October 30 date in The Source and AllHipHop.

Why it matters here

BigX is a Dallas name with national reach. Our My Forte piece notes that Ro$ama's press materials credit him with songwriting on BigX's "The Largest," and BigX is on My Forte's "Picc Ah Side." Putting him on the Dallas board for BETTER OVER TIME keeps that working relationship on a fourth album that's now on the calendar with a public feature list.

The Source frames BETTER OVER TIME as the follow-up to I Hope You're Happy. The Needle Drop calls it his return to hip-hop after that album's country run.

BETTER OVER TIME lands October 30. Start with "LITE," then watch for that cut when the full project is up.
