My read
This is a commissioned video with a full crew sheet, a different setup from Blackwater Holylight's "Spades", which Sunny Faris called "a silly video with our friends and family." What stands out to me is how local the credits are: a Portland duo, a Portland co-executive producer who also co-produced the song, and a video shot around their home city.
