Young Thug is back with a new project So Much Fun. The new album is stacked with big-name features from Future, Gunna, Lil Keed, Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Baby, 21 Savage, Doe Boy, Nav, Quavo, Juice WRLD, J. Cole & Travis Scott.
So Much Fun is 19 tracks deep and excutively produced by J.Cole. Cole executively producing this album seems off, accounting the fact that Cole has recently had no guest appearances on his albums yet So Much Fun is almost entirely constructed of features. On So Much Fun Young Thug doesn’t stray away from what makes him Hip-Hop’s most unique star. His uncanny flow is littered throughout the entire project and meshes perfectly with every feature.
Stand out tracks such as Big Tipper featuring YSL’s Lil Keed and Hot Featuring YSL’s Gunna exemplifies Thug’s influence over his artist. Mannequin Challenge & What’s The Move shows his willingness to reach outside of the YSL camp to make a track work.
Young Thug was as focused as ever on his debut. While 19 tracks may be a lot for an album, the Atlanta rapper keeps every song fresh with his ability to use his voice as an instrument. So Much Fun is Young Thug’s debut album and most complete body of work. Check it out below.
