With humble upbringings, Young Sixx was raised by his grandparents who made sure he was well traveled. Before settling in California, Young Sixx began rapping in Germany. His hustle and talents allowed him to perform in 5 out of the 7 continents. Once Young Sixx arrived in California he quickly stood out on the music scene. Most West Coast artists rap about street ties and gang affiliations, but Young Sixx brought a breath of fresh air with different sound and content. In 2022, he officially became a breakthrough artist. His style, charisma, and overall talent caught the eyes of industry heavyweights like DJ Thoro from New York City. While on a press run in NYC, Sixx linked with the legendary DJ, they created a smash for the streets titled “Capeesh“. The visual for this track dropped at the top of the year.
