“Mhm hmm hmm” yup you’ve heard that hook on the late great Nipsey Hussle’s “Racks In The Middle”, or many of you may of heard of last summer’s anthem “Die Young” or “Every Season” which was released a little later. Well the dude laying those vocals, is Compton’s new sensation Roddy Ricch.
Ricch emerged on to the scene after a session with Einer Bankz which he previewed “Every Season” catching the attention of Meek Mill which eventually lead to him being gifted a Dream Chasers chain and raising speculation on if he was signed to DC records. Since then the Compton rapper has released his well received “Feed Tha Streets 2” project the sequel to his 2017 “Feed Tha Streets” debut release.
Today Ricch releases “Out Tha Mud” directed by JMP which contrast to the title, shows Ricch and his team living lavishly in the hills with heavy ammunition. Check the visual out below and be sure to tap in with Roddy Ricch via Instagram and Twitter.
