As a hip hop head, I’m always on the lookout for new tracks to add to my rotation. And while I love finding mainstream hits, there’s nothing quite like uncovering a hidden gem. When I come across a track that I think is underrated, I listen to it and, more often than not, I end up loving it. Suddenly, it’s not underrated to me anymore. I have to go out and find the next buried mixtape. So, with that in mind, here is the best underground track of 2022. I hate the “underground” label too, but this single was released under the radar of most of the average rap fans. Whatever you want to call them, just don’t call them wack. I’ve listened to hip-hop for years, and thanks to the internet, I’ve found some truly amazing artists. One of my favorites is DracoFSN. He’s an incredible rapper who deserves far more recognition than he gets. His lyrics are clever, and his flow is effortless. If you’re a fan of hip-hop, or just good music in general, I highly recommend checking out his latest release, “War”. You won’t be disappointed.
