Grenade by TMF Precha (featuring Drea) produced by Sinima Beats
TMF Precha, also known as Tony M Fountain (rapper, recording artist, and Founder of Now Entertainment), teams up with Jersey Shore City female emcee, songwriter, and singer “Drea.” To collaborate on a new single titled “Grenade.” The record expounds on the tainted love and hardships they faced throughout their previous relationships, the struggles of being in love with someone, and being emotionally invested in an unstable situation and how it affected their lives. Love is a beautiful thing but can be very toxic; when relationships aren’t on course with it. The artists speak their truth in this profound, heartfelt song, “Grenade,” which is super relatable to anyone who shares similar stories.
Drea Linked up with TMF Precha via Social Media a few years prior to this collaboration. Precha had come across freestyle rap videos of her online, was impressed by her skill level, and was eager to work. He reached out to her to collaborate on a new upcoming record, and Drea agreed after hearing the hook concept for the song. TMF decided to rewrite his original verse due to its context. His wife, who gave him input on it, encouraged him to take a different approach with his lyrics and choice of words. From a woman’s perspective, she was concerned for his image and others who could potentially interpret his message wrong.
Tony M Fountain is the Jack of all trades, an entrepreneur, podcaster, journalist, and author of the book Secrets of The Music Business, which provides insight and valuable knowledge to anyone getting into the entertainment industry and what to be aware of coming into this line of work.
