British Nigerian singer, songwriter, and producer StyllerSupreme is trailblazing through 2023 already with his latest offering! Remaining on the rise of his raved release, “Love On You”, StyllerSupreme returns with some more heat for his fans.
The triple threat arrives with a visual to accompany the audio for his trendy track. The Visionnaire Pictures and Shireen Kadhim-directed video perfectly conveys the “toxic love” that StyllerSupreme is attempting to escape from. While also bringing the R&B / afropop record to life. It includes a compelling music video starring up-and-coming creative and artist Monique Aday. Again, bringing the infectious track to life even more! The London-located shot visual offers a comic abbreviation of the relationship that inspired the raved record. “The song is inspired by my last relationship and how toxic it was looking back. I knew I had to end things, but I was keeping myself in the ‘situationship’, because I had serious feelings for her. The last time we spoke, I asked her if we could link up one more time so we could make love one last time, but thankfully for both of us, she said No. That conversation was the main inspiration for this song, which feels like reminiscing over our time together, which felt good in the moment, but was really toxic for both of us”.
As the South London newcomer puts it, “the video is mainly about toxic love symbolized by a toxic couple”.
Overall, StyllerSupreme arrives with his own dynamic fusion style, powered by R&B and afrobeats music, with undertones of pop and hip-hop in its DNA.
