The soothing sounds of producer and multi-instrumentalist, SLMN has returned to resonate with fans all 2022! Pronounced Solomon – SLMN returns with his most recent release, “Where Did You Go” featuring Kvn Rose and anders! This catchy new anthem arrives just in time for the summer! Definitely catching a vibe, SLMN paires upbeat drums and melodic R&B notes to create a memorable yet fun feature. His sound as a producer is soulful and drum-heavy, allowing artists to create melodically expressive music in ideal sound settings. As a result,his most recent release serves up as a standout single within his already dope catalog.
“As a kid, I was heavily influenced by the style and melodies as my uncle played the Middle Eastern instrumental called the oud,” SLMN says.
Trailblazing all the way from Toronto, the Sony Music Publishing-signed producer equally focuses on his production as well as his personal artistry. The combination of the two, creates captivating and timeless music. Thus far, SLMN’s breakout single “Too Much Time” has received over 5 million streams and counting across all streaming platforms. In doing so, he raised the bar for late-night R&B in Toronto’s diverse talent pool.
Following up his fire release, SLMN dropped off his debut EP, Late Bloomer in April 2020. Which featured some of Toronto’s best up and coming talent, including anders, TOBi, Jon Vinyl, and international heavyweight and Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter Elijah Blake. “Seeing the impact my production had on artists & fans gave me a belief in myself that I’ve never experienced before,” SLMN says.
