The borough is home to Hip-Hop royalty like Notorious BIG and JAY-Z but there is a new sound taking over. “NYC Drill”, backed by thunderous UK Drill-like production and the traditional violent yet authentic lyrics, is collectively raising energy and eyebrows.
Sheff G is back with a new visual for his latest track “We Getting Money”. Living up to the name of the visual, Sheff flexes racks with his team poolside, around beautiful women and coolin’ in a Bentley.
Hailing from Brooklyn’s Flatbush neighborhood, Sheff G exploded onto the scene in 2017. He came in swinging with the release of “No Suburban”, a response to fellow Brooklyn artist 22G’z “Suburban”. Those two records propelled “NYC Drill” into a sub-genre, making waves in NYC’s underground hip-hop scene.
