Repping Sacramento, California, emerging artist Bugbee is up next. The 26-year-old went on a hot streak last year, dropping hits like “Couped Up” and “Bad Habits.” Today, Bugbee returns with his first offering of the new year titled “Fast Money.” It arrives in anticipation of his highly-awaited project, Desperado. Moreover, the 3-minute cut is poised to do major numbers.
The cinematic visuals sees Bugbee in a desert raiding a vault for cash, accompanied by close friends. Throughout the video, the artists is seen cracking open a vault and burning a truck amongst other things. It’s directed by frequent collaborator Mikey Rare and produced by Ted Digtl and Jon Wilde. Moreover, “Fast Money” makes for a spectacular way to leap into the first quarter.
“Don’t you know this money never folds / I just get it and I go,” Bugbee harmonizes. Not only is “Fast Money” a relatable bop, but it makes for a great anthem heading into the year.
