Rosco P is an independent artist who creates music that showcases his full vocal range from Michigan. He was born into a family of musicians and that’s where his love for music began. From there, he ventured off into Hip-Hop and began to cultivate his own sound there based on influences such as Travis Scott, and The Weeknd.
When asked what are his long term goals, Rosco P responded “My long-term goals are to develop enough wealth from music to be able to be solely responsible for funneling the next wave of incoming artists of the world from my own label.” There is a lot of good music coming out of the Midwest right now. Music from people like G.T., Babyface Ray, Allstar JR, and others show that the area is in winning. Rosco P’s new EP does a great job of showing the other areas have the heat too.
Having worked with Waka Flocka, Big Sean, and A$AP Rocky was definitely a highlight in Rosco P’s career. He recently released his EP D.R.U.G’s which is an acronym that stands for Dear Rager’s Ur Gods and consists of 5 tracks.
