Just a few weeks after his departure from Warner Brothers Phora (@PHORAONE) reveals the title, artwork, and release date for his debut album as a newly independent entity. Titled Bury Me With Dead Roses, the Cali-based rap act will liberate the LP in its entirety on July 26th. In conjunction with project reveal comes the official video for “On My Way.” Once again tapping director 6th Element, the HD-clip is yet another visual reputation of Phora’s multifaceted abilities on and behind the camera.

The video is another example of how far Phora has came since his debut project. There is natural growth that we all wish for and Phora’s heartfelt ballads show just that. Naturally, we all want to shine and be happy and the pursuit of that is the hardest part.

Phora on the upcoming LP:
This album isn’t for me. This album is for everyone. We all love too hard and hurt. We all have demons and all want to feel SOMETHING. Honestly, we are all lost. But NEVER let your past hurt your future. Struggle inspires growth and change comes when we least expect it. I’ve learned that the beauty of being broken is knowing that one day, we will be fixed. All wounds heal and all scars fade with love.
