NoCap Delivers “PacOn” Visual

There are a number of infamous post-jail release tracks scattered across the internet from notable acts such as Gucci Mane, Tee Grizzley, and most recently, JT of the Atlanta duo City Girls. Although there aren’t as many songs released specifically ahead of an artist serving jail time, there certainly are a couple. Mobile rapper NoCap recently released his brand new single, “PacOn,” accompanied by visuals. Furthermore, song’s title is mysteriously the rapper’s name spelled backwards.

On the opening verse, NoCap raps: ” Yeah, You bet’ not never think I need you / I been through some shit and it get way deeper than needles.” The emotional ballad catches the Alabama emcee rapping in his apartment. Frequent collaborator and close friend Backend Foreign makes a video cameo as well in the CB Cinema-directed track. Moreover, he raps “I’m still riskin’ my career when I could live a better life / The truth was always sleep, you was always tellin’ lies.” Check out the video below.

“CapOn” arrives months removed from NoCap’s sophomore studio album The Hood Dictionary. The 16-track project featured big acts like Quando Rondo, Lil Durk, and Jagged Edge. It spawned hit singles like “Brag Different” and “In 4,” which garnered 1.5 million YouTube views since its release.
