After the release of his remix to Lil Baby’s, “Emotionally Scared” retitled as “Different Day”. Memphis’ NLE Choppa exhibits his aggressive and charismatic style on the fifth installment of his “Shotta Flow” series. Released through No Love Entertainment, “Shotta Flow 5” serves as a promotional release for his upcoming album, Top Shotta.
Directed and edited by Lyrical Lemonade’s Cole Bennett, the video for “Shotta Flow 5” explores the vivid imagination of the artist as he battles an afro and mustached version himself, an army of toy soldiers, and irritating fruits in his kitchen. The video also features NLE’s momager, Angela Potts in a comedic argument between the two, scolding him for his lack of focus towards chores disregarding his imaginary shootouts.
With six-certified singles and a potential finalist for XXL 2020 Freshmen list, NLE Choppa proves to be one of the Hip-Hop’s brightest upcoming stars with more to be released from him in the future.
