“Knew Dat” Troy IV and LOE Adde Got A Hit!

DMV artists Troy IV and LOE Adde connect on their latest single, “Knew Dat,” a car anthem that highlights that good feeling of connecting with friends after a long hiatus. Inspired by LOE’s MAP music and being in quarantine so long, the two wanted to make a “feel good” vibe.

With a self-produced, groovy instrumental and a catchy hook; Troy IV sets the song’s tone. LOE Adde adds his strong cadence and flows that match the beat perfectly. When Troy IV and LOE Adde first met in 2019, they realized how complementary their artistic tastes and styles are. Thus starting a friendship between the two.

Those meetings led to numerous studio sessions that brought “My Life,” “Knew Dat,” and an upcoming joint project with different vibes unique to the world; which is a new sound from the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

Accompanying their single is a parody-filled video that, yes, includes me. It’s brilliant satire influenced by the visuals of the early 2000s, which the duo grew up in: fun and lighthearted, the visual matches the song’s tone.

Both of them make good music; after this, everybody should “Knew Dat.” The single is available on all DSPs, and the video is on YouTube.
