Keith “Youngin” George AKA The Orchestrator

Most of the hardest workers in entertainment are the people who connect the dots behind the scenes, allowing for fans to have something to look forward to and to talk about. Meet Keith ‘Youngin’ George II, the former mixtape DJ turned music executive, A&R and executive producer who has had his hand in some of music’s big moments.

Youngin was born in the UK, but was raised as a military brat traveling and residing from state to state in the US. In 2006 Youngin found his way into the music industry as a mixtape DJ known as DJ Youngin Beatz. As a DJ, he was able to work behind the scenes networking and building relationships with artists, managers, brands, executives, and mixshow hosts. His experiences as a DJ afforded him the opportunity to work with Yung Berg (Hitmaka) , Statik Selektah, Stack Bundles family, SwishaHouse Records, Soso Def’s DJ Delz, Dj Decko, King Crooked and more.

In 2008, Youngin was invited to New York as he was offered an internship with Sarah Alminawi, a Def Jam exec who managed recording artist Maino under her management company MGMT Inc. During that time he played a role in the marketing campaign for Maino’s hit single “Hi Hater”. In 2012 he and a colleague formed a team known as Block Bleedaz which consisted of producers and songwriters. By 2017, he transitioned into talent management, starting with a local rock band in San Antonio, who  signed to a major label for a brief stint. From there he partnered with Glu Ent. to co-manage recording artists Chris King and Ponce Deleioun.

Today, Youngin works as a music liaison for Los Angeles based production company, Left Lane Music Group ran by partners and producers Tony “Fonz” Walker, Isaac “West$ide Ike” Lowery and Shawn “Source” Jarrett, whos recent credits include Trina, Dinero Farrar featuring Trinidad James and Jimmy Bolt. He is also an ambassador for sneaker cleaning brand Sneakr Glove, founded by partners Anthony Duran and Brian Averbuch, and an associate producer for “For The Culture NYC” (FTCNYC PODCAST), a spanglish podcast highlighting latino culture and more, created by Adam Sanchez and Angel “Julito” Diaz.

Youngin’s musical ear, exquisite experience and knowledge fuels his passion for music and it’s business, and has allowed him to be a great mentor, teammate, and has helped him as he is moving forward to continue to break down doors. He is opening himself to upcoming executives and artists  who are need guidance with the upcoming launch of his music and business consultation company.
