Jae Stephens Unveils ‘High My Name Is EP’

Los Angeles, CA born singer-songwriter and producer Jae Stephens is a refreshing new voice and face to R&B. She gracefully enters the summer with the release of her new High My Name Is EP. Released as a result of her championship with the Raedio Accelerated Creator’s Program supported by Google, Jae Stephens brings this 5-track collective to the forefront of all R&B critics lovers. As a jack of many trades, Jae’s ability to sing, perform, record, write and produce music all assist her creative process. As a result, the outcome of her hard work turns out to be gems, like the High My Name Is EP.

The EP’s lead single “Please Don’t Talk To Me” is bound to be a fan-favorite. In fact, it comes as a surprising sample of Jodeci’s, “Come & Talk To Me”. The other four tracks are just as compelling. Giving fans and newcomers a front seat to Jae Stephen’s journey into the limelight. Previously described by FADER as “sleek melancholy” in older singles like “24K” and “Got It Like That,” High My Name Is fits the same description, with no doubt. Be sure to stream the official High My Name Is EP here at KAZI Magazine.
