Highbridge The Label is putting NYC back on the map musically. The Bronx collective is comprised of star and hit-maker A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie who had his first number one album with “Hoodie SZN”, Don Q who is cut from the same cloth as prototypical NYC rappers such as Styles P & Jadakiss with his lyrical ability, and witty label owners QP & Bubba who make the financial and strategic decisions for the team which ultimately lead to thier partnership with Highbridge The Label.
The roster doesn’t end there though, The Label’s newest act is Trap Manny a native of the Highbridge section of the Bronx, Trap Manny may be the most charismatic out of the bunch. With a combination of New York story telling mixed in with some southern flows Trap Manny depicts inner city living in a relatable manner regardless of region.
Yesterday the HighBridge rapper released a video for “Gifted” directed by Bow Mugz. Staying true to the name of the track, the visual takes us on a trip around the BX while Trap Manny spits how he’s still in the trenches but can’t get caught up in them because he has a gift with music.
Trap is set to release his debut mixtape “Trap Seazon” June 6th in the meantime stream gifted below and be sure to follow Manny and Instagram and Twitter to get up to date with his music.
