Genre but an actual artist!
Genre but more than the artist; that pun was intended for sure! The last thing the Pittsburgh-based artist will do is be boxed in by a particular sound; or wave and he aims to make that clear to listeners on his 13-track I Was Right album.
Building on the hype of his Yung Faucet-leaning lead-single “Danny With The Devil”, Genre displays his versatility throughout I Was Right through an array of introspective jams; uptempo nightlife anthems and curious joyride-ready bangers ripe for the enjoyment of both his core and new fans.
Harnessing the melodic, sunny and spicy vibes of his “Terminal 56” track, Genre rolled out the project with the official video along with the new visuals for his fan-favorite “Shotgun” track recently, as well.
His music is on all platforms and has more content on the way for 2021. He’s a west coast gem to keep tabs on in 2022.

The arrival of I Was Right stokes the flames of Genre’s still smoldering BiPolar album from last year, and also sees his collaborative efforts with multiple come to fruition including guest features from ALIN, Nicky The Jet, and Cardi B-cosigned Pennsylvania rapper Kierra Luv.
