Teez is a musician that has no boundaries or parameters around his creative process. Releasing music that “makes you miss someone you never met and remember somewhere you’ve never been.” Teez is a true pioneer and underground legend within the electronic dance music community, having established his sound in regions across the globe since 2016.
In early life Teez began his journey as a local DJ performing at “Teen Nights” in Seaside Heights, New Jersey at the age of 15. Teez grew his reputation throughout the Tristate Area as a household name across venues in New York City, Philadelphia, Atlantic City and Virginia Beach.
Teez, pursuing his musical aspirations, became an influential artist in the Jersey Club movement. A genre which originates from Newark, New Jersey. Where deep kick drums in a 3/4 pattern drive the basement parties until the early hours of the morning. Teez paid homage to the Jersey Club culture by helping take the sound global. Remixing hits from @MaggieRogers, @JustinBieber, @Childish-Gambino, @Zedd and many others. Gaining early support from @SliinkOfficial, @itsr3llofficial, @UNIIQU3, and other pioneers in the Jersey Club community.
Teez’s first release which attracted momentum was his remix to @TheChainsmokers “Closer” which ranked in Billboard’s top 12 remixes. Later that same year, Tyler and collaborator @4B remixed DJ Snake’s & Justin Bieber’s “Let Me Love You” which gained mainstream support.
In 2018, Teez released ‘Whistle’ under @DJSnake’s record label Premiere Classe. Which quickly became the #1 most streamed EDM track of the year globally, supported at every EDM festival and show across the world.
Moving forward Teez proceeded to release music on @YellowClaw’s label @BarongFamily and @lowlypalace.
In early 2022, Teez released a single titled “Brand New” with one of his early idols @LaidbackLuke ft. @DannyDubb, under @mixmash-records.
Teez has gained over 8 million streams worldwide. Teez has performed globally in countries such as Japan, India, Thailand, China, Myanmar, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada and across the United States.
Teez’s debut album ‘Sunscreen’ is scheduled to be released throughout 2023. A project that is 27 tracks in total.
