Drake & Lil Durk Come Together To Release The Visuals For “Laugh Now Cry Later”

After dropping his mixtape, Dark Lane Demo Tapes back in May. Octobers Very Own, Drake releases his latest single with visuals for, “Laugh Now Cry Later” which will serve as the lead single from his upcoming sixth album titled, CERTIFIED LOVER BOY. Known for his enthusiasm for sports the video features Drake playing pickup with KD, practicing routes with OBJ, and taking a hit from Beast Mode himself. In addition to this, Drake gives a look into the fruits of his labor as he’s riding jetski’s, driving the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet, and splurging in the Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.

Produced by Rogét ChahayedYung ExclusiveCardo, and G. Ry, the brass-driven instrumentation is similar to his previous single, “Trophies”. Throughout the song, both artists boast their accomplishments that they’ve achieved while addressing the gifts and curses that come with success.

Directed by Dave Meyers, the visuals for “Laugh Now Cry Later” give an in-depth look from not only the success Drake has found throughout his career but also the many reasons he has to enjoy rather than worry in life.
