Jersey recording artist doubleCChanel shares the music video for her latest single “Body.” Directed by Film Mafia, the record finds her flaunting her luxurious lifestyle and rapping abilities over the boisterous track. The track features Retrol$awesome, who serves as a fitting verse for the latter of the song.
“Body” arrives months removed from the release of her “WYKBL” music visual, which has gained over 3K YouTube views. Only going up, she continues her streak of flamboyant rap tracks and lyrical slaughter over bass-heavy and hi-hat puncturing instrumentals.
Speaking on the song, Chanel says, “I consider myself to be a boss. Every bar I’m telling you how I’m living, how I get it, and how I make it happen. I feel like other boss-ass women can relate to.” She wants everyone to know her music is for them.
She added, “We shot the video in two locations in New Jersey. I believe the vision that the videographer and I had was executed well. I love shooting to get my vision across. It was so fun to put together this video especially for being my first video of the new year.”
