Grammy award-winning rapper Cardi B is back with new music after a year-long hiatus. What better way to come back onto the scene than to call on the help of the most in-demand hot girl, Megan thee Stallion. Together, the two have created the sex-positive anthem ‘WAP’ produced by Grammy award-winning duo Ayo N Keyz. Allegedly an acronym for “wet ass pu**y,” the duo does not hold back when getting explicit. The raunchy duo makes it clear how they want their men to please them.
Along with the single is a music video that has the entire internet talking. The Colin Tilley directed visual makes a statement from the very beginning. The fire opening shot includes a back to back statue of Cardi and Megan squatting as their breasts serve as a water fountain.
From there, the viewer is lead to luxurious mansion doors that open up to a hallway, where the two go room to room and find surprises behind each door. One can’t help but think of Charlie in the Chocolate Factory. This time there is lollipops and bubble gum, the rooms are filled with beautiful women and exotic animals. Those beautiful women include the star studded guest appearances from Normani, Sukihana, Rubi Rose, Mulatto, Rosalia and Kylie Jenner.
In addition to the ultimate cameo guest-list, the videos iconic styling has also been highly celebrated . Cardi B’s stylist Kollin Carter and Megan thee Stallion’s stylist EJ King are the ones to thank for their timeless looks. The scantily-clad body suits and elaborate 90s inspired hair styles took the video to another level.
