Starting as a DJ and then progressing to creating music, Ash Allure kickstarted her career in January 2018 steadfastly created her fan base, which she calls her “Allurians”. Dedicated and knee-deep in this, Ash has built a reputation as a true visionary on the music scene.
Today she gifts us with her latest Frequency Trap offering, “Higher Self”. “Higher Self” is the third single from Ash Allure’s debut album Serenity. Reflecting on a tough time in her life, Ash Allure recalls what inspired her to create “one of her favorite records” to date.
“When I wrote “Higher Self”, I wanted to create a melodic positive affirmation type ballad. Moreover, a song that encompassed my epiphanies & realizations I was having at the time as an artist,” says Ash. “The first time I heard the beat, it immediately put me in a meditative, trance state, and I wanted my writing to synergize and flow with that.”
