Earlier this week, Ariana Grande announced two release dates. First, for the official music video for her hit Billboard single, “34+35” Remix featuring Megan Thee Stallion and Doja Cat. Throughout the week, leading up to its release all three ladies teased glimpses of the music video.

In addition to keeping fans on their toes the Positions songstress created even more hype around the already highly anticipated visual. Yesterday afternoon (February 11th), teased a clip on Instagram alongside her two familiar co-stars.

Almost a month after the singer dropped her collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion and Doja Cat, she is now here to share the highly awaited music video with the world! The visual is a combination of extravagant glam aesthetic with ’80s Nouveau rich and sexy luxuries that revealed the playful sides of the three artists. Giving an nostalgic early-90s girl group vibe throughout the music video it provides hand-held cinematography and wide-angle lens shots. Which defies its lacy lingerie and fusion of musical genres.
“34+35″=?
At midnight on Friday, February 12th, the three starlets are enjoying a girl’s night with a little sleepover in a high end hotel. Ari, Meg, and Doja are lounging around an indoor pool reading magazines and old school newspapers at the start of the video. Next, taking home videos that were filmed on January 29th, 2021, the three starlets are seen having the time of their lives.
Halfway through the video, Ariana stops the music to place an order room service for “Ari, Doja, and Meg”. She requests Champagne, French fries, and the type of desserts that light on fire. Unfortunately, the name of the dessert escapes her. With out a doubt, Doja and Megan spit their verses with increasingly less subtle demands for their romantic fantasies. Finally, the name of the flaming dessert comes to Ari’s mind. Despite remembering, sadly for the three pop stars they just ran out. Hopefully, better luck next time!
