Starbucks Holiday Blend: Coco Jones and Leon Thomas Lead the Album

Starbucks released Holiday Blend on November 4, 2026, its first holiday album in more than a decade, according to Billboard. The compilation pairs fresh takes on holiday standards with one new song, and Starbucks says it will play in select coffeehouses around the world through the season.
Coco Jones takes on a standard
Coco Jones sings "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year," the Edward Pola and George Wyle song that Billboard notes Andy Williams released in 1963. Her version is produced by Cardiak and Wu10, with Wu10 also credited as arranger on the Apple Music listing.
"It's so special to be part of Starbucks Holiday Blend album," Jones said in a statement. "I was honored and excited to put my own spin on such a beloved holiday classic, and I hope my version brings a little extra joy to people's celebrations this season."
Leon Thomas produces his own cover
Leon Thomas closes the album with "Soulful Christmas," a James Brown song written by Brown, Alfred Ellis and Hank Ballard. Thomas is not only the singer here. Apple Music credits him as a producer and recording engineer on the track, alongside producers Andrew Harris and Don Mills, and lists him on horn as well as vocals. Billboard wrote that Thomas "gets us ready for a funky, festive holiday" with his version.
