What's out
DAWGLET released the official video for "EYESORE" on November 5, 2026. The video is on the Vaux Records YouTube channel. The announcement identifies Dawglet as the project of Angela Phillips, formerly of A Deer A Horse, with Chris Enriquez and guitarist Alex Molini in the lineup.

The announcement says "EYESORE" was recorded by Jamie Uertz and Johann Meyer at Silver Cord Studios. It also says Vaux Records, described as a new label launched by former Rise Records founder Craig Ericson, has signed DAWGLET, and that "EYESORE" is the debut single for that partnership.
Phillips on the song
Dawglet said in the announcement: "When conflict arises, my instinct is to confront and work through it. But it is impossible to do this when a partner has no interest in resolution or acknowledging the part they played in the creation of the dynamic, so much so that they can no longer meet my gaze for fear of confronting any truths about themself or me. They choose silence and avoidance over any form of resolution, which is incredibly painful and makes it difficult for me to move on because a large part of me craves closure. It's like being in constant limbo; it's torture."
On the partnership: "A Dawglet is super stoked to be teaming up with Vaux Records. It's really nice to be working with someone of Craig Ericson's experience and reputation. And after all, he's a bona fide freak, so it's nice to know he understands the peculiar essence of Dawglet!"
