What's announced

Coheed and Cambria have announced S.S. NEVERENDER: Beyond the Black Rainbow, the fourth S.S. NEVERENDER cruise festival. The official event page lists the sailing for November 2 to 7, 2027, from Miami to Grand Cayman.

The announcement says the band will play two different sets on board: one celebrating their fifth album, Year of the Black Rainbow, in the Norwegian Jewel's Stardust Theater, and another of hits and deep cuts on the pool deck. It also lists a full theatrical performance of The Amory Wars among the onboard activities.

The lineup

Per the announcement and the event poster, the cruise lineup includes Coheed and Cambria with Glassjaw, Joyce Manor, The Home Team, Hail The Sun, Anthony Green, Hot Water Music, Wheatus, Big Boy, Foxy Shazam, Initiate, Nekrogoblikon, Eidola, Held., Wolves of Glendale, Cicada Rhythm, Mr. Dinkle, Fartbarf, Sir & Sol and The Neverenders.

Presale calendar

The announcement lays out a short booking window before the public sale:

It also notes a "$100 down" cabin hold option through March 2, 2027, a cabin photo incentive for presale bookings, and tiered pricing that rises when the public sale begins. Cabin inventory and exact pricing live on ssneverender.com.

How it fits the Neverender run

The announcement places the cruise after Neverender Festival at The Observatory Festival Grounds and Neverender Rocks at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in fall 2026. It also restates the longer Neverender history: album run residencies dating to 2010, later album tours under the same name, a festival, and three prior cruises.

Coheed and Cambria's current studio album named in the announcement is The Father of Make Believe, framed as their tenth studio album and a continuation of the Amory Wars / Vaxis story after 2022's Vaxis Act II: A Window of the Waking Mind. The cruise itself is tied to Year of the Black Rainbow as the theater set focus, not as a new studio release.
