Cage The Elephant Announce Dying In Reverse for February 2027

Cage The Elephant have announced Dying In Reverse, a new album arriving February 5, 2027. The news comes with "Make It Easy," following the band's performance of the song on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and an intimate Los Angeles show earlier in the week.
The album brings the band together with producers Justin Raisen and SADPONY, also known as Jeremiah Raisen. The sessions paired two sets of brothers: Matthew and Brad Shultz alongside Justin and Jeremiah.
A different studio approach
The announcement traces the record's beginnings to the renewed creative energy the band felt after opening the North American leg of Oasis' reunion tour. It describes a studio process built around experimentation and working through ideas together, rather than returning automatically to established methods.
"This record turned out to be such a special one for us. It's without a doubt, one of the most creatively gratifying experiences we've had as a group yet," Matthew Shultz said in the announcement.
The album follows Neon Pill. Its twelve-song tracklist includes "Influence," "Make It Easy," "Beaches In Tennessee," "Wound Up," "Dying In Reverse" and "Leave The Light On," followed by "I Love You Anyway," "Cherry Cola," "Crossfaded," "Why U Keeping Me Around," "Give Me One Good Reason" and "Wear The Daylight."
Dates ahead
Before the album arrives, Cage The Elephant will perform at the NFL's Munich game on November 15. The announcement then places the band on a European headline tour beginning February 8 in Berlin, three days after the album's release.
The route includes Kraków, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Milan, Lausanne and Paris, followed by a UK stretch through Cardiff, Leeds, Glasgow, Birmingham and Manchester. London follows on March 1 at Alexandra Palace.
For now, "Make It Easy" is the new song accompanying the album announcement. The full record, its complete sequence and the European dates are set for early next year.
