Lane Brodie cranks it up in new single

Nothing helps you start the week like the right sounds. DMV native Lane Brodiedropped by with new single “Crank,” surely aptly named.

Heavy bass, aggressive drums and video-game like chimes provide the foundation for the former West Virginia University hooper to go the distance. The DMV influence is clear, in both lingo and flow. Having released a project by the name of Pop Slang last year, it’s evident Brodie’s aim here is to provide a sound everyone can enjoy.

Corny to say the artist is forging his own lane, given that’s his first name? Oh well. Check it out below, you might enjoy the ride.
