Premiere: Day Lee Drops Off His Visual for “Bad Vibes”

New York’s own Day Lee drops a visual for his latest smash “Bad Vibes”. His smooth voice and passionate lyrics mixed with a Nelly “Dilemna” sample proved to be a winning combo. As Day Lee’s magnetically melodic verses float over skittering cymbals and a simmering beat, his bars dip and dodge negative energy from every angle. In the video, he says, “used to be my homie now she evil”. This clearly describes an all too familiar story of a sour romantic relationship. Surrounded by natural beauties dripping in diamonds, Day Lee delivers a neon-lit visual dripping with sensuality.

Day Lee began to make a name for himself in 2017 when “Mattress” caught the attention of the multi-platinum phenomenon PnB Rock who paved the way for Day Lee to sign to Republic Records. In the aftermath, he popped off with “Two” [feat. OhGeesy] and “Right There” [feat. PnB Rock], drumming up millions of streams between them. Now he’s reemerging with a harnessed vision and bangers leading up to a new EP to display his staying power.

The smooth visual shows Day Lee in a gentlemen’s club with multiple women rubbing on him like an old Axe Body Spray commercial. The upcoming NY star is looking to create a bigger name for himself in the 4th quarter. Day Lee has the potential to be a huge star out of the Tri-State area. I look forward to seeing his stock rise as time goes on.
