Internet Money’s Billboard Chart Climbing Hit Single “Lemonade” Comes With A Remix Featuring Don Toliver and Roddy Rich!
Rapidly rising artist/producer collective, Internet Money Records recently blessed the music scene with a top charting hit of their own, “Lemonade,” after years of producing for some of hip-hop’s biggest heavy-hitting and trend-setting artists.
Continuously evolving, Internet Money isn’t letting up and is keeping their feet on the industry’s neck! Known for breaking artists like Juice WRLD and Lil Tecca, what initially started as a collective of talented, unsigned, freelancing producers, quickly turned into a music producing powerhouse. Along the way, the collective of hit-making machines have racked up on billboard hits and platinum plaques.
Where It All Began … Taz Taylor
Years ago, Jacksonville, Florida native, Taz Taylor began curating beats as a means to fund his mother’s medical bills after she was diagnosed with cancer. For only $250, Taylor sold his first beat before deciding to pursue production full-time. After honing his craft, Taz utilized the internet and the age of technology advancement to his benefit. Taz quickly established a name for himself. With a continuously growing fan base he sold his beats online, eventually dominating the “type-beat” market.
Disappointed with the music industry, Taylor decided to form a producer collective of his own. Now known as Internet Money, it’s goal was to help fellow producers succeed. After years of hard work and dedication, made up of other Grammy-nominated producers such as Nick Mira and JR Hitmaker, the team has collaborated with artists such as Drake, Young Thug, Post Malone, Lil Uzi Vert, Juice WRLD, and Trippie Redd – just to name a few.
The Rise Of Producers
Internet Money’s single, “Lemonade” ft. Don Toliver, Nav & Gunna, is currently sitting at #16 on the Billboard Hot 100. Furthermore, it’s holding down the #1 spot on Spotify’s trending playlists such as RapCaviar, Most Necessary and Signed XOXO.
Since it’s release, the single has garnered over 22 million global streams and counting. Nevertheless, the record itself is doing numbers, the Cole Bennett-directed video continues to rise above 22M views. Above all, “Lemonade” comes as the lead single from the collective’s recently released debut album, B4 The Storm, via 10k Projects. The project features guest appearances from Future, Swae Lee, the late Juice WRLD, Trippie Redd and many more. The chart-topping record now comes with a remix!
LEMONADE….IT’S THE REMIX!
At midnight on Wednesday, September 30th, Internet Money dropped the remix to their breakout hit record, featuring a new verse from Don Toliver and an appearance from Grammy-award winner, Roddy Ricch. After Don’s earworm hook drops, “Ice, lemonade, my neck was drippin’,” he continues with his soaring, spaced-out vocals, effortlessly opening it up for Roddy to come in with a charged up, melodic verse of his own.
