Yella Beezy & Trapboy Freddy Drop Off ‘I’m My Brothers Keeper’

Today, Yella Beezy and Trapboy Freddy share their much-awaited joint project, I’m My Brother’s Keeper. The duo connects over their shared hometown of Dallas, street smarts, and drawly bars. They declare their authenticity on standout cut “Hoe Card” and club banger “Throw Them Dollas,” and get vulnerable and honest on “Child So Bad,” where Yella and Freddy rap about the immense pressure they were under to hold it down for their families growing up.

“You’re standing 10 toes with your brother. You gonna go to war for him, you will always be there for him,” Yella Beezy states. “Anything he needs, you’re there. You’re locked in forever.”

I’m My Brother’s Keeper is the first project in a busy year for the two Oak Cliff natives. This year Yella Beezy is off to a strong start with recent releases, “Keep It In The Streets” and “Headlocc” featuring Young Thug. He’s planning to release Broke Nights Rich Days 2, the sequel to last year’s Billboard 200-charting Baccend Beezy, and Trapboy Freddy is gearing up for the release of his project Big Trap which will house his breakout single “Lil Quita.” Check out the full project below.
