Liah B is a Wisconsin-born vocalist with tunnel vision. The Milwaukee-raised singer Liah B unveils the acoustic live rendition to her standout cut “Don’t Ever.” Speaking on the song, Liah shares, “I believe there’s an art to live performances. It gives the record a chance to shine in a way that just listening to the track doesn’t. That’s why it’s so important to me to master live performances. I enjoyed this.”
Some of Liah’s earliest musical influences range from Jill Scott, Lauryn Hill, and Aaliyah, and she has found more recent influence in artists such as Chloē Bailey, Ella Mai, and H.E.R to name a few.
Liah B Describing Her Sound
“Honestly, I wouldn’t describe my sound as any certain thing yet, and I’m just me. I take finding my sound very seriously and becoming a master at my own vocals seriously as well, so I never want to mentally put myself in a box and say ‘I sound like this.'”– Liah B
The initial single garnered over 33K YouTube views since its release date back in August of 2020. It serves as a follow-up to her “Too Much” video and a teaser for what’s next. Stay tuned to what’s to come from the artist in 2021.
