Most of the hardest workers in entertainment are the people who connect the dots behind the scenes, allowing for fans to have something to look forward to and to talk about. Meet Keith ‘Youngin’ George II, the former mixtape DJ turned music executive, A&R and executive producer who has had his hand in some of music’s big moments.

In 2012 he and a colleague formed a team known as Block Bleedaz which consisted of producers and songwriters. By 2017, he transitioned into talent management, starting with a local rock band in San Antonio, who signed to a major label for a brief stint. From there he partnered with Glu Ent. to co-manage recording artists Chris King and Ponce Deleioun.
