Deemed Missy Elliot’s younger punk sister, Brenda Mensah, better known as Bree Runway, has been gaining more attention after her track “ApeShit” met critical acclaim. The London rappers have a solid list of collaborations under her belt with artists like Maliibu Miitch and Yung Baby Tate. Runway claims her style is genre-bending and gender fluid. Her Link Up TV’s “HB Freestyle” and ProdByWalkz’s “Who’s Got Bars?” freestyle secured her a coveted Artists To Watch in 2020 co-sign from respected tastemaker Kenny Allstar. She has been nominated ‘Female Artist of the Year’ by acclaimed publication, GRM Daily.

$hyfromdatre has been in the rap game for only a year, and she’s showing that she has the charisma and talent needed to be hip-hop’s next breakout star. Tracks like ‘1730 G’ and ‘Go Bestfriend’ leave you pressing replay to catch the North Carolina rappers witty liners. Her growing attention has already gotten new fans criticizing her sound, comparing it to fellow Carolina rapper Stunna 4 Vegas.
